. . . It has certainly been a whirlwind week this week.
Cam has been made very comfortable with pain relief but this has also meant that he has not been himself and is the only 9 year old I know that gets a legal high for 3 days !! He sits on the sofa and stares and doesn't move a muscle - but rather that than be in pain!!
Last night he stood up and asked for food and Ive never been so happy to see him nagging at me !! Today we are dropping pain relief to just normal paracetamol to see if he copes OK with that and hopefully that will see him back to his normal self.
We go back to the hospital on Wednesday - fingers crossed for no news or good news !!
