So Yesterday was a hectic day First we went to the local hospital to get the outcome on Ben's foot - Thankfully just badly bruised and no need for a cast - YAY !!
Then its off to Birmingham Children's Hospital to see what the consultants make of Cams eye and the nasty swelling !! Again a huge sigh of relief when they gave us a stay of execution Tues is now D day where if the swelling hasn't gone down or the discharge gas got worse its going to have to be treated with I.V antibiotics. Big worry is how such a nasty infection is affecting healing but there is not much we can do about that so for now we just need to concentrate on making him comfortable.
On a much brighter note today its 6 months exactly till we go on holiday and I cant wait to finally get to the airport and board a plane. After everything that has happened since we got back from Florida last year this holiday is so going to be the highlight of the year !!
