I love the kids birthdays for lots of reasons and one of them is the cake making. keira has coeliac disease so cant eat gluten so the days of picking a cake off the shelf in Sainsburys stopped as soon as he was diagnosed.
Cam requested an Elvis Stitch cake - of course he did. Now this has to be the most challenging cake we have done and Im not 100% happy with it but Cam is and thats all that matters !!
I guess sometimes we should just hand it over to the processionals but that wouldnt be as much fun now would it ???
I will update tomorrow after Cams gone to bed - Im promising a day packed with memories but hopefully no tears !!
