Excitement is at fever pitch round here!!!

We have had such a fab day today !!
First I need to say that cams results are clear again so lets hope whatever it is that's wearing him down will pass by before too long and we can spare a hospital stay !! If not ill just be glad to have my little man well again.

Now to Today;
keira is 3 yrs old and for the first time has really got the grasp of christmas this year and came running in to our bedroom at silly o clock to tell us that Santa was arriving tonight and that she just needed to tell him 1 more time that she had been a good girl !!!

Now we decided last year to break with tradition and have a Christmas dinner on Christmas eve instead and that's the plan we went with today - it was fab to see the excitement at crackers and party poppers today and it really felt like Christmas had finally arrived ( bonus is tomorrow i get to spend it with my beautiful kids instead of in the kitchen!!)
After Christmas dinner we played board games and laughed so much !!
Daniel decide we should also start a tradition of opening 1 present each on Xmas eve well unsurprisingly all the kids agreed that was a good idea!! They quickly opened one pressie each and decided maybe we could try our luck for 2 each - No chance kids but I love you re style!!

We have also being tracking Santa all day and my kids just love the idea that they can see exactly where he is in the world -Cam and Dan have had their faces in the laptop most of the day always followed by Santa is .... now !! Fantastic.
Cam did have a little snooze about 4pm and declared he felt a little poorly but overall today has been a nice little shot of normality and i have to confess I love it !!
